• Clients showing symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule their appointments to protect the health of staff and other clients.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for completed services.

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.

4. Late Arrivals Policy

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate the next client.
