SKINBOOSTER (Restylanne)

Restylane® Skinboosters™ are injectable treatments developed by Galderma, designed to enhance skin hydration, elasticity, and overall texture by delivering stabilized hyaluronic acid (HA) directly into the skin. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that add volume, Skinboosters focus on improving skin quality from within.​

1. Appointment Cancellations

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

2. No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment time to ensure the next appointment begins as scheduled.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for completed services, as all treatments are provided with the utmost professionalism and care.
• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person under certain circumstances. Please contact us to discuss transfer options.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

• Clients showing symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule. In such cases, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of management to prioritize the health and safety of all.
• If an appointment needs to be canceled by Facial Harmony due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of any prepayment.

6. Privacy Assurance

• All client information, including cancellations or refund requests, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy to ensure confidentiality.
